Adrian Langdale

Adrian was called in 1996. He specialises in criminal cases involving all aspects of serious crime both as leading and junior Counsel. His practice has taken in the high points of sex, drugs and rock & roll, or at least representing those charged with the former and clients with a background in the latter.

In particular over the last 3 years he has acted as junior counsel in a number of high profile murder, attempted murder, large scale drug importations and sexual abuse cases.

He has acted as leading junior in a number of substantial drug distribution/conspiracy cases.

He has defended in a number of cases of death by dangerous driving, armed robbery, S.18 and football related offences. As well as defending those charged with the full spectrum of crime from Blackmail, Kidnap and assault through to Frauds and Deception.

In addition Adrian has wide ranging experience in cases involving allegations of possessing/distributing indecent images, historic abuse and rape cases.

He has appeared in the Court of Appeal and High Court on a number of occasions and has also appeared in the House of Lords.

Other Areas

Adrian has also practiced in areas of Family Law (both ancillary relief and child care) and in actions against the police. 

He is a member of the CBA and FLBA.
