Elizabeth undertakes a wide range of criminal cases, exclusively defending, including firearms and Operation Trident cases relating to gun crime, sophisticated armed robberies, serious sexual offences, offences of violence, counterfeiting, and complex fraud. She has acted as a junior in several notable serious cases. She has particular expertise in representing those charged with complex fraud and gun crime. She also has experience of Extradition matters.

Ms Lambert speaks fluent French and has a Human rights background having worked for the United Nations back to 2001.

R v H & Others (2007) – Acting as led junior, she represented the alleged second in command to the ringleader in relation to a prosecution brought by the Medicines and Healthcare Products Regulatory Agency (MHRA) concerning the largest alleged global pharmaceutical product counterfeiting ring in UK legal history the Pfizer Viagra case which lasted 9 months and resulted in a hung jury and a retrial in 2008-2010.

R -v- S & Others – Southwark Crown Court (2005). Conspiracy to defraud. Highly sophisticated conspiracy to defraud the central clearing banks of monies in the region of 1 million. Attracted national media attention such was the complexity of the conspiracy.

R v A (2008) Conspiracy involving firearms and Class A drugs. Complex mobile phone cell site technology used to prove a conspiracy.

R v I (2007) – Firearms.

R -v- S (2005) Defendant dubbed the “Scorpion King”. Operation Trident firearms case that attracted high profile media coverage. This was the Metropolitan police’s largest firearms find for 5 years. 21.5 kg of Class A drugs.

R v A & Others (2008) – Flying Squad Case. Cash in transit Robberies. Acting as a led junior. A case involving a series of robberies committed in south east London. Hung jury and re-trial in 2008.

R v O (2007) – Inner London Crown Court. Stranger rape. Case involved investigations carried out over two EU jurisdictions.

R –v- T - Derby Crown Court (2007) – Industrial scale cannabis production valued at £300,000.00.

R –v- G & Others – (2006) – Led Junior counsel in a multi-million pound drugs conspiracy cases in the midlands.
