Mr Hepburne Scott practices in both Criminal and Extradition Law:

Extradition: An expert on all aspects of the Extradition Act 2003 and regularly appears at Westminster Magistrates' and the High Court in Extradition proceedings. Mr Hepburne Scott also lectures to solicitors on Extradition matters and has particular expertise in the area of disclosure, abuse of process, and passage of time.
Regularly acts in serious and complex cases involving both category 1 and category 2 territories at both first instance and appellate stages including appeals to the House of Lords and emergency references to the ECHR under Article 35(1).
