Graham Bartlett
Graham Bartlett was called to the Bar in
2000 after a successful career as a chartered loss adjuster. He also spent a
number of years working in the litigation departments of several leading
solicitors in Newcastle-upon-Tyne whilst completing an LLM in commercial law.
His civil/commercial practice utilises his insurance and litigation knowledge
and experience in a wide range of commercial and contractual matters, including
company law and insolvency, disputes concerning the sale and supply of goods and
services, professional negligence, regulatory offences, environmental law and
construction.
He is an Associate of both the Chartered
Insurance Institute and the Chartered Institute of Loss Adjusters and is a
member of the British Insurance Lawyers Association. He combines his practice
with a position as Senior Lecturer in Law at Northumbria University.
