Kate has a busy criminal practice, prosecuting and defending case in the Magistrates Court, though now appearing more frequently in the Crown Court.

Kate has developed a considerable privately funded, professional client base, in relation to her specialist knowledge of defending in road traffic prosecutions. These cases take her throughout England and Wales.

Kate has also been led in complex cases, including allegations of fraud and money laundering.

Prior to pupillage, Kate worked for a small Manchester firm dealing with large-scale frauds including London City bond cases and a number of missing trader intra-community (MTIC) cases.
