His regular instructions includes: real property, wills, trusts, estates, insolvency, partnerships, mortgages, co-ownership of land and houses (Trusts of Land and appointment of Trustees Act, relating to co-habitees), landlord and tenant, boundary disputes, adverse possession claims.
