Rajesh has a common law practice with a particular focus upon criminal and family work. Rajesh regularly defends and prosecutes in all areas of crime, either as a led junior or appearing alone. Such work includes Corruption, VAT fraud, money laundering, offences against the person, forgery and sexual offences. 

He has experience in a number of tribunals from the Court of Appeal and the High Court to the Magistrates’ and County Courts.
