Edward is an established junior with experience spanning a broad range of criminal disciplines. In particular Edward has experience in dealing with serious multi-handed violence, kidnapping, complex frauds including confidence fraud, large scale conspiracies to supply and import drugs, arson with intent to endanger life and people trafficking. Edward has exceptional client care skills and has a talent for dealing with difficult and demanding clients.
R v C (2010) Edward is currently instructed in this case involving a multi-handed conspiracy to evade excise duty on tobacco. The value of the fraud is estimated to be around two million pounds.
R v T (2007) Large scale conspiracy involving forged passports and Home Office travel documents. At the time considered to be the largest find of counterfeit passports.
R v E ( 2008) Multi-handed confidence fraud committed in the United States and the UK. Each victim defraud of monies in the region of £300,000
R v O (2007) Complex multi-handed fraud involving the “Black money scam”.
