Civil and Administrative Law Team
The Civil team at 7 Bell Yard is able to draw on a wide range of knowledge and experience in dealing with all forms of civil and commercial disputes. Alongside our expertise as court room advocates, we offer full advisory services, both written and oral, from the initial stage of consideration of the merits of proposed litigation to the drafting of pleadings when the claim is issued.
We adopt a commercial, cost conscious approach and are always aware of the lay client's primary objective in each case. We are experienced in all forms of alternative dispute resolution and our members have appeared at formal negotiations, mediations and arbitrations.
