Extradition Law Team

This is a rapidly expanding area of Chambers practice. Members regularly appear both at City of Westminster Magistrates Court and at the High Court on Extradition proceedings.

Chambers has a particular expertise in the application of the Extradition Act 2003 in the first instance and appellate juristrictions. This compliments our existing expertise in the area of Human Rights and Immigration.
